Partner with key stakeholders to develop and support commercially relevant OD initiatives that will drive improved performance. This includes:
- Advancement of diversity and inclusion
- Improvement of performance and engagement
- Developing a high performance culture
- Development and succession planning which will ensure a reliable pipeline of talent
You will lead and deliver key programs of work and projects, as agreed with Group OD Manager Leadership & Performance. Scope of work may include (but not be limited to):
- Talent management and development
- Assessment
- Culture and Engagement
- Diversity and Inclusion
- Youth
- On-boarding
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in an OD role.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including influencing, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization skills and high attention to detail
- Accreditation in developmental tools such as 360 feedback, LSI, HBDI, DISC, Lominger etc. would be advantageous
