The People & Culture Business Partner is responsible for the operational delivery of all HR services.

Your new role
The People & Culture Business Partner will work with Heads of Business Units and team members, to identify, develop and implement solutions across a range of HR functions including, workforce planning, managing for performance, organisational restructuring, employee relations, organisational development and team member development.


What you'll need to succeed
The capacity to provide leadership, facilitate change and achieve business objectives across the business units will be critical to the success of this role. You will also require the following:

  • Minimum of 5 years generalist HR experience within a commercial environment
  • Extensive knowledge and evidence of application of contemporary HR practices and strategies, such as, strategic workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, organisational change
  • Proven ability to manage change in complex and often challenging environments
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people internal and external
  • Time management skills with the aptitude to co-ordinate multiple tasks within tight deadlines
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively autonomously and independently
