About the role
Being a crucial part of this Customer Service team, you will be willing to put your hand up, muck in and get the job done where needed along with:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
- Processing electronic orders
- Providing support to the wider team
- Liaising with suppliers and customers
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with external and internal customers
Skills & experience
Experience in a Customer Service role is essential, along with a can do attitude and ability to pick up new systems & processes quickly. The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- High attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Resilient and enthusiastic
- Excellent oral and written communication
- A team player
