Are you a morning person? Fancy working 5.30am to 2.30pm coordinating trucks around Wellington?

Your new company
You will be part of a small team coordinating vehicles throughout the Wellington Region. This industry leader is looking for someone with high attention to detail, good geographical knowledge of Wellington and has excellent customer service skills.

Your new role
General daily tasks include:

  • Providing a high-level of customer service - liaising with the drivers on a day to day basis
  • Entering in customer details to their internal system to set up delivery/collections
  • Coordinating service with customers and colleagues in the depot
  • Ensuring everyone and everything is where it should, when it should be there
  • Providing office administration support
  • Handle any problems or disputes and resolve logistical issues, if they arise.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Superior problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work 5.30am-2.30pm Monday to Saturday (every 2nd Saturday)
  • Access to own car - given the early start public transport will not be available to this location
