Adecco is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to be part of our Customer Service/ Contact Centre representative talent pool. We work alongside various leading companies to deliver staffing needs within their Customer Service departments. What you will be doing:
- High volume outbound or inbound calls
- First point of contact for customer orders and queries
- Fast paced work environment
- Hit monthly KPIs
What you need to succeed:
- Proven ability to present a personalised solution to your customers’ needs.
- Quick keyboard typing
- Ability to multitask
- Advance computer skills- multiple systems at the same time
- Attention to detail
- Excellent phone manner
- Possess excellent written & verbal communication.
- A positive attitude and dedicated work ethic
