ABOUT THE ROLE
If you have flexible availability (and can work both in and outside normal business hours), then we have casual and fulltime openings to start ASAP in our 24/7 contact centre located at the Instant Windscreens Glenfield branch. Hours may vary from 15 hours per week and above depending on your availability.
Some of the key duties of the role are:
- Deal with both incoming and outbound interactions to deliver awesome customer service and sales to both our Australian and New Zealand customers
- Ensure jobs are booking in efficiently and accurately using the provided internal systems
- Work with your team to ensure contact service levels are maintained at a high level
