Probotics is a division of Probity Consulting, a well established consulting company that has been providing professional services to the NZ business community for over sixteen years.
Joining Probotics means joining a talented team of professionals who provide a range of services including applications procurement and implementation, systems reviews, project management, change management and process reengineering.
Our robotic process automation team is at the forefront of process automation. Using world class software, coupled with a depth of experience in business operations provided by our consulting team, we build industrial strength software robots for a wide variety of organisations.
We have positions, based in Auckland, for suitably qualified graduates and experienced developers with skills in Visual Basic and C++ programming, with exposure to fourth generation technologies such as cognitive and artificial intelligence, natural language processing and avatars.
Challenged and Supported
We have a unique team dynamic where staff are provided the opportunity and support to perform different roles, ranging from working directly with clients on process design through to coding, testing and training our clients in the use of the systems we build.
The position works closely with both our experienced robot development team and consulting team, understanding and developing solutions to real business problems. You will be exposed to, and participate in:
- Analysis on business processes
- Consulting on best practice process automation
- Developing roadmaps for extending and leveraging RPA tools into organisations
- Configuring RPA tools to automate business processes
- Developing test strategies and test scripts to test RPA developments
- Application, unit and integration testing
The role will eventually see the successful candidates taking sole charge of analysis and design of automated solutions.
To be at the leading edge of innovation, you need:
- Relevant information technology qualifications
- IT understanding and basics of software development
- Proficiency in Visual Basic and C++
- Previous robotic process automation development experience utilising UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism would be advantageous
- Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence
- Experience in software testing
- Good documentation and communication skills
