We're specialist, multi-award winning implementers of Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Established in 2006, our ERP practice has one of NZ's most experienced Microsoft Dynamics NAV teams, and includes 2 of only 3 Microsoft Dynamics NAV certified trainers in New Zealand, and NZ's only NAV MVP.

The team is busier than ever - we are now looking for a confident and experienced Microsoft Dynamics NAV Support Lead to continue providing great service to our growing list of Microsoft Dynamics NAV customers.

As the Support Lead you will work closely with our customers to evaluate, resolve and monitor issues with their Microsoft Dynamics NAV system. You will work with multiple customers either remotely or onsite to deliver functional and technical services.

In this role you will also:

  • Manage and coordinate all Microsoft Dynamics NAV enquires, escalating to others in the team when required
  • Analyse customer requirements, develop and implement new solutions, customisations, integrations or installations of Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Lead other support, maintenance and service delivery activities
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to other team members
  • Deliver user training sessions

This role requires someone with functional Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience plus a good understanding of the technical side. Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail and decision-making skills, as well as ability to communicate clearly and professionally are a must.


You will have:

  • 7+ years of recent Microsoft Dynamics NAV system support, implementation and upgrade experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the role of a support lead
  • Broad knowledge in all Microsoft Dynamics NAV modules
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL server and reporting tools, like Jet Reports and PowerBI
  • Experience with Azure hosted Microsoft Dynamics NAV environments with Office365 integration
  • Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in distribution or food manufacturing is preferred
