We work with organisations and teams to design and deliver improvement programmes, build capability and provide measurement and evaluation support to senior leaders, clinical leads, frontline teams, and colleagues locally and nationally.
We have a newly created senior role within our SPMO team. The Value and Benefits Manager will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the benefits management framework for all Counties Manukau Health programmes and projects. You will establish a benefit modelling and tracking methodology and working alongside key stakeholders to ensure this is actively managed and reported throughout the project lifecycle and subsequent investment period.
This is a full time position based at Middlemore Hospital.
We are looking for influential leader with outstanding relationship building and strong communications skills. You will have extensive experience leading benefits and business cases, financial management and experience in developing and maintaining reports in a senior financial level to succeed in this role. Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
