The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Support Analyst for our Technology Support team in Auckland. The purpose of this role is to provide first level IT support, consultative services and tasks that enable the continued running and availability of existing domains, applications, capabilities and functions. Your people skills will need to match your technical ability as we need you to log, resolve and update requests and incidents while ensuring our customers are happy!

Key Responsibilities

  • Know our customers and build strong relationships – matching the right solution to each customers needs
  • Follow through on promises and go the extra mile to deliver great customer outcomes
  • Gather accurate call information and ensure that all relevant call details are recorded
  • Ensure accurate technical advice is given and workarounds are applied for all known issues
  • Manage production support job queues for the team
  • Formulate and recommend changes and/or enhancements to standard processes and procedures

Skills & Experience

  • IT Qualification (desired)
  • Customer service experience
  • Previous Level 1 Support experience
  • Practical working knowledge of end user technology
  • Previous experience in Citrix, Active Directory, Lotus Notes and ServiceNow would be great but are not essential
