Our On Call Customer Service Officers are the glue that keeps our business running when the unexpected strikes. These valuable people fill in whenever someone is on annual leave, can't make it in for sickness or when vacancies haven't been filled. It's also your opportunity to grow your customer service career in our Kiwibank/Post Shops.
The way you mix personal and friendly service with professional insightful help, will be what makes you a very successful On Call Customer Service Officer. You will be the vital front-line link between our customers and our extensive range of products and services in a PostShop where you can feel the heartbeat of your community.
Ideally you will need to be available to cover weekend and some week day rosters across these two branches in the Hawkes Bay. We provide a comprehensive training programme, which takes place during the week. If you are the successful applicant, please note you will need to be available full-time for at least the first three to four weeks during the week to complete your training.
With your training and natural desire to understand a customer's needs, you will know exactly which of our broad range of products and services is needed to give a truly superior experience every time.
