Join a well-known bank based in Wellington CBD with amazing city views! We are looking for a Customer Service agent to join an award winning contact centre team who offer the first line of help and support to their customers.


Pair your natural organisation and administrative skills with your knack for assisting customers. You’ll assist customers with queries regarding every day banking products and services via phone and email. You’ll then have the opportunity to broaden your banking skills and knowledge to as the bank merges their term investments division into one brand. You’ll represent the organisation with pride, while developing efficient problem-solving skills.


About the Role:

  • Inbound customer contact (via phone and E-mail)
  • Accurate database and internal systems management

Further, the successful candidate will have:

  • Previous banking experience
  • Proven customer service experience (ideally in a contact centre or financial organisation)
  • Clear and professional language skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer competencies, including Microsoft Office skills, data entry, and typing
  • The ability to multitask while remaining highly organised
  • Naturally high levels of empathy, a team orientation, ambition, and confidence
  • A clean Ministry of Justice background check and clear credit history
