The role of our Cabin Crew is a vital role in ensuring the success of our company - and only the best will do! You will be responsible for ensuring that our passenger's customer service experience is continually at the highest standard therefore you will be well-presented, pride yourself in your face to face customer service skills and will genuinely understand the impact of ensuring a positive customer experience every time they travel.

In this role will be responsible for:
• The safety and comfort of our customers during their travel
• Delivering all operational processes and service standards to achieve on time performance for every flight
• Promoting the sales of our on-board products to add to a hassle free service experience
• Problem resolution for customers while in flight

To be considered for this role, you will be:
• Experienced in a customer service environment (ideally face to face)
• Comfortable in a position selling products and services
• A reliable team player who is available for shift work which includes a combination of early starts, evenings and late finishes.
• Able to meet the criteria for an Aviation Security Identification Card including clearance of an international security check
• Demonstrate excellent health with the ability to perform all minimum requirements of the role
• Ready to meet the challenge of dealing with people and demanding situations
• Able to work under pressure and coordinate multiple time sensitive issues
• Willing to undertake drug and alcohol testing and a full medical assessment as part of the application process
