We are a growing NZ owned company and we are looking for a key team member who shares our vision to help New Zealand businesses succeed online.  With over 80,000 customers we are New Zealand's largest cloud hosting and domain name registration company. We have an immediate opportunity for an Account Services Specialist to join our team!  

This role requires you to use varied communication channels to respond and resolve requests as quickly and effectively as possible and deliver in the following areas:

  • Customer account support enquiries and resolution, specifically relating to payment queries
  • Processing customer tickets and phone calls
  • Providing sales information and support regarding products on offer
  • Assisting new clients' account set up
  • Reviewing and resolution of system errors and provisioning
  • Retention of customers and collections on overdue accounts

This is not a specific finance, helpdesk, or sales role but an important role working between teams to ensure a seamless process for our customers! Ideally you will be an experienced Customer Service Representative with a basic understanding of technology and willingness to learn more about web technologies!

Our stand out candidate:

  • Will have a minimum of 2 years' customer service experience, preferably in an office environment
  • Can demonstrate working within internal SLAs, meeting KPIs with proven experience working in a team
  • High levels of self-management and initiative taking and is also capable of taking direction and guidance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred knowledge of / experience in the following:

  • Some understanding of cloud, web /email hosting & web technologies
  • Desire and ability to grow and develop in technical knowledge, skills and behaviours
