This team represents our company as the first point of contact for our many business customers' servicing and repair needs.
We are a well-established NZ Nationwide Service Company absolutely leading in its field. Our Head Office is located in Central Christchurch near the main hospital. The role is permanent full time with standard Monday to Friday business hours.
To be considered for the role you will need to demonstrate
- A positive customer service ethic and experience working with commercial customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sound judgment, tact and discretion with sensitive information
- Time management and organisational skills second to none
- The ability to work with people at all levels within the organisation
- A warm and engaging personality
