We are currently seeking a CSC Operator to join our CSC Helpdesk team based out of our Penrose office.
This is an ideal role for a graduate or almost graduate with a degree in Property, Facilities/Construction Management or Business who wants to commence a career within the Property Industry.
Our standard hours of operation are Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5.30pm, NB: Some flexibility around these hours required. You will be needed for 40 hours within this time.
Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- To respond quickly and efficiently to incoming phone calls and emails
- To achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- To accurately record details of the caller, problem and severity and communicate clearly with the client and contractor
- To work within and adhere to, processes and procedures and assist in their development
- To apply logic and common sense to requests for assistance, ensuring that identified circumstances are escalated in accordance with procedures
- You will support the Facilities Management team on the roll-out of any agreed processes, and incorporate any changes necessary in your methods and procedures.
- Complete all related administration as required – including recording and collating information, generating reports
Experience Needed:
- Conversant in Microsoft Office

- Experience working in a customer service role
Following reported problems through to a successful outcome and keeping customer updated at all stage is the primary objective. The role requires basic IT skills to be able to use a database and type instructions and the candidate needs to be numerate and literate. The successful applicants must demonstrate a commitment to customer service.
