Customer Contact Representative
Hawke's Bay Based
Become the voice of PORSE as a Customer Contact Representative. This role is based from PORSE's National Support Office in Hawke's Bay, and will provide families, educators and our extensive community team network with process support and a centralised system for customer service contact.
PORSE is New Zealand's largest in-home early childhood education and care service and training provider, providing care and education and training thousands of children and educators working for families across New Zealand. PORSE offers a relationship-based approach to learning, with programmes informed by the latest research in early brain development.

You must:
- Be an excellent communicator with a professional phone manner
- Have flexible and adaptable thinking with great self and time management
- Have exemplar and accurate written record and reporting skills
- Excel in computer and database skills
- Be highly motivated and a self-starter
We would like you to have:
- At least 1-3 years administration or contact centre experience is highly desirable
- Experience with business administration and support (even better if it is in the Early Childhood Education sector)
- Proven experience converting enquiry to customers
- Strong evidence/ability for following-up lead generation
- Proven customer relationship success through the co-ordination, development and review of customer process systems
- Knowledge of conflict resolution strategies for successful win-win outcomes
- Database management and a high level of computer literacy
- Demonstrable customer service experience preferably in a contact centre environment
