ThunderMaps is looking for a relatable, proactive person to help our customers achieve success with our Health & Safety products.

ThunderMaps has a global mission to build software that is designed to make people safer. Our mobile platform is disrupting health and safety reporting standards in enterprise companies around the world with offices in Sweden, Australia and New Zealand.

This vital role includes responsibilities like:

  • Building relationships with customers and users

  • Handling support issues by phone and email

  • Onboarding customers and their staff and assisting in ongoing user training

  • Increasing user engagement by regular interactions with disengaged users

  • Demonstrating the product to new customers coming on board

  • Helping ThunderMaps understand the pain points and current issues trending with our users

  • Recording all interactions in the CRM

Ideally you ...

  • Genuinely love talking to people and helping them solve problems by thinking on your feet

  • Have H&S experience and are used to working with and engaging people around H&S.

  • Have an action oriented mindset, like to get things done with great attention to detail

  • Can self-manage your workload, are organised and able to juggle multiple tasks

  • Have the ability to learn and use new technologies quickly

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Are collaborative and appreciate feedback so you can develop your skill set
