Our Betlehem business is looking for a Practice Manager for their busy, popular practice. The days/hours are as follows:
- Monday: 8am - 5pm
- Tuesday: 8am - 5pm
- Wednesday: 8am - 5pm
- Thursday: 8am - 5pm
- Friday: 8am - 4.30pm
30 minutes lunch break
Our friendly Team consists of 2 Dentists and a hygienist, complimented by our very capable and experienced DA support crew. We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our Team on our journey of success as we enhance the already strong reputation of Bethlehem Dentists within the Lumino group.
- Can you manage the day to day activities whilst motivating the Team to provide an excellent patient experience and deliver on our key goals?
- Are you looking for a challenge to show case your talent and skills as we strive to be recognised as the preferred dental provider for the Bethlehem catchment area and beyond?
- Can you manage the Lumino marketing initiatives at the front end to grow the Lumino brand within this market?
- Do you have previous Dental or Management experience that will assist you to be successful?
About the role
In this unique and hands-on role you work in close partnership with the Lead Dentist to drive performance. Overseeing all operational aspects of running a successful practice, you will relish the opportunity to impact change from both a people and commercial perspective.

About you
To step into this opportunity we are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader or Manager (Practice Management in dental or medical would be ideal but is not essential)
- Confident leadership skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both our people and our clients
- The ability to work well under pressure, to multi task and be flexible
- An understanding of the financial aspects of a business and knowledge of budgets, sales targets, utilisation, and profit & loss statements
- Confidence with and the aptitude to learn new technology
