We are currently seeking some superstar receptionists to join our clients in some supportive, fun and energetic teams. Our ideal candidates will have the confidence to enter any office environment and hit the ground running. They are organised, proactive and have the ability to solve problems and think quickly on the spot.
About the role
A role that offers a lot of flexibility and variety, you will thoroughly enjoy building strong client relationships and eager to provide support where needed. A role that offers diversity, you will responsible for:
- Answering & directing phone calls & emails appropriately
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Managing meeting rooms and diaries
- Handling questions, queries and concerns
- Gather the necessary documentation to support the wider team
Skills & experience
- Be able to adapt and work well in different environments
- Demonstrate outstanding multitasking skills
- Outstanding communication skills with a confident, positive attitude
- Great customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
