We are looking for entrepreneurial, creative, curious individuals to join our INKOMPASS program. Our INKOMPASS program is a 6 week full time paid summer internship for Australian university students. We are looking for the best of the best, whether that be 1st year students (studying a 3 year degree sequence), 2nd year students (studying a 4 year degree sequence) or university students in their penultimate year. Our program is open to both local and international students.

INKOMPASS is a program that centres on self-discovery, allowing you to show what you are capable of within a business setting. While the initial internship is for Summer 2018/9, we will then continue to support your personal development throughout your next year of study, with successful students being invited back for a second summer placement in 2020. 

The INKOMPASS program also opens the door to our Graduate Program, with successful INKOMPASS interns being offered permanent roles in our organisation before they have even finished their studies. 

Important details

We encourage students from a wide range of academic disciplines to apply – you will have the opportunity to thrive in areas you never considered possible. 

Internships run for 6 weeks, full time, from 7 January 2019 - 15 February 2019 and are based in South Wharf, Melbourne. 

If selected for the next stage, you will need to be available to attend an assessment centre on 25 or 26 September 2018. 

Our offices are amazing. We offer free onsite car parking, and are only a 10 minute walk from Southern Cross station for those looking at public transport options. Coffee lover? Get your coffee for free from our onsite barista, and enjoy subsidised meals in our café. We have a free gym onsite, free group fitness classes and great end of trip facilities for those who choose to walk / run / ride to work. Our workspaces encourage collaboration and exploration, with bright, open areas that are equipped with the latest in technology. 
           
To be eligible to apply:
•    Applicants must hold a valid visa to work in Australia during the period of the internship
•    Applicants should be completing 1st year of undergraduate studies by the Summer of 2018/2019 (3 year undergraduate degree) or completing 2nd year of undergraduate studies by the Summer of 2018/2019 (4 year undergraduate degree) OR completing their penultimate year by the Summer of 2018/2019. 
•    Applicants should have strong academic performance
