The Role
We are looking for Project Manager- New Product Development (NPD), to join the Zone Innovation and Technology Function. In this role you will successfully lead, facilitate and project manage the implementation of Commercial and Technical innovation projects, as well as Value Engineering projects, through the end-to-end Supply Chain.
This role will see you working cross functionally, on multiple projects across Australia. You will:
- Lead cross functional Supply teams across a diverse range of complex innovation projects in different Marketing and Supply categories from concept development through to execution
- Identify all Supply cost impacts and ensure these are accurately reflected in product costs and project Business Case submissions
- Complete Cross Functional Post Implementations Reviews to ensure learnings are captured and implemented
- Continuous process review incorporating stakeholder behaviour & engagement to ensure process is being adhered to and is meeting the business’ needs
Who you are
The Project Manager- New Product Development will demonstrate a passion for our products and product innovation, as well as:
- Previous project management experience, in FMCG/Manufacturing would be highly advantageous
- Sound Communication skills
- Exceptional Organisational & Time Management skills
- Strong stakeholder management at all levels of the business
- Technical experience, preferably in brewery operations or other FMCG industries, highly desirable
- Financial capability (ability to understand financial reports and impact on brands and business)
- Proven analytical/problem solving abilities
- Strong influencing skills, including managing upwards
