We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Research and Development division for an Associate Technologist to join the Campbell’s team on the 12th month! Reporting into the Program Manager, this role will see you be involved in breakthrough innovation projects for the development of new products and quality improvements, and working closely with the broader R&D team, commercial team, as well as site manufacturing team to bring creative ideas to life within our juice, soup and stock categories.

The ingredients you need to be successful include:
- Passion for food and science – we love what we do!
- Tertiary qualifications in Food Science, Food Technology or a related science
- Experience in a laboratory environment, or the desire to work in a pilot plant environment
- Previous experience in a Product Development roles would be an added bonus
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with a can-do attitude
- A team player with the skills to work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach
