Due to continued growth, a unique opportunity exists for a motivated, enthusiastic, organised and professional Property Manager to join our successful team at Ray White IMS Loganholme.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about Property Management!
- Has previous Property Management experience.
- Is experienced with real estate software including REST, ADL Inspect, Maintenance Manager and Inspect Real Estate would be advantageous.
- Has a current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
- Has their own car and drivers licence.
- Is presentable and professional in approach.
- A high communicator who understands customer service, client values and expectations.
- Ability to adjust to new environments quickly.
