Who are we?
Patrick Leo P/L are Property Investment Consultants. Our team has over 30 years of experience in the Property Industry and in the Financial Services sector. We develop individually structured, long term property investment strategies utilising our diverse range of investment products from our exclusive, nationwide network of stock suppliers.
We have boutique offices in Melbourne and Sydney and service an expanding client base Australia-wide.
What do we need?
We are searching for an experiences Sales Agent to join our expanding team and build upon our already healthy sales pipeline. Our business needs support to book appointments with our existing client base and potential customers for our Property Investment Consultants and Mortgage Brokers.
Responsibilities
- Follow up leads
- Build rapport and engage in one on one meetings to evaluate investment opportunities
- Carrying out research to source appropriate properties
- Provide suitable investment strategies
- Meet KPIs and close sales
- Ongoing customer service and client support through to settlement and beyond
What will you have?
- 4 years experience in Real Estate Sales
- Real Estate Agent's Licence or Certificate of Registration
- Awareness of the investment sales process
- Knowledge of the Australian Property Market
- Drive and Enthusiasm
- Strong work ethic and goal orientated
- An exceptional communicator, both internal and external
- Full Drivers licence
