12 Month Mat-Contract 

• Monday - Friday opportunity with a rotating Saturday's
• 1 Year contract!! 
• Excellent support - report into a Senior Property Manager with a Leasing Consultant & Administrator for support

The Role:

This role is a service based role rather than new business. Its not high stress and offers excellent work life balance. Monday - Friday, this is your chance to join a boutique Property management division with a local based portfolio. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of 60 properties 
• Effectively liaise with Landlords & tenants 
• Attending Tribunals
• Using REST / FileSMART 
• Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
• Complete repairs & maintenance management
• Arrears control
• Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
• Working towards targets and KPI's
• Full support available
• NO prospecting 

The Candidate:

They will look at someone between 1-3 years experience. They will be doing END to END management. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mature, self-starter individual to join this tight-knit team.
