The Group
Our client is growing and is looking for an ADM to start as soon as possible. This is an exciting time to join the team as the organization takes on a major pipeline of projects. This is an excellent time to get your foot in the door as the team grows.

The Role
Reporting to the Director, you will be a part of a team who delivers on client's requests for development opportunities. Front end development experience and project experience will be required for this role. This will include working on projects covering all areas of:

Project Planning
Feasibility studies
Property rezoning
Lease negotiations
Planning
Subdivision work
Stakeholder management

This role will require a candidate with solid project management experience who can juggle working with consultants while working on multiple projects with a variety of stakeholders.

Salary will be up to $120,000 + super on a daily rate.
