Senior Commercial Valuer (CPV), seeking exposure to complex specialist projects? This Multinational Property Valuation Firm is looking to engage an enthusiastic Valuer to undergo training opportunities with 3 Directors who can steer you into the specialist projects whilst you undertake a consistent Commercial mortgage workload.
The Opportunity:
A team of 10 - Work directly with the Head of the Commercial Division and two experienced Associate Directors. Elite backgrounds in top tier firms and big 4 banking property risk, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to be mentored and trained into further interesting specialist fields.
As a multinational there’s plenty of room to move across specialisations and up in the organisation. These profiles can expose you to Going Concerns & Specialist Valuations in:
- Healthcare,
- Accommodation / Hotels,
- Retirement
- Childcare
- Government Portfolio
- Heritage
The Role:
Is providing the best of both worlds, you’ll gain the consistency of the Commercial Mortgage market WITH Specialist Non-Mortgage training. Primarily covering the Sydney basin patch, with special assignments guaranteed to involve interesting and complex valuations across wider NSW including Newcastle & Wollongong/Illawarra.
