The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and super-organised property professional to join our Investment Services team. This position is unique and newly created, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to grow and develop the role even further. You will be responsible for managing VIP relationships with our referral partners, which will include drafting agreements, tracking the progress of each group, and being the go-to person for all queries – essentially further developing the trust and relationship and asserting the company as the premium Property Management offering. The role is a representation of the agency through phone and email, and requires utmost professionalism and respect at all times with high attention to detail.
In addition to managing direct contact and organisation of the referral groups, you will also be working closely with the Directors and Sales Professionals who are meeting in-person with referral groups and property owners. This role supports these staff members in every organisational capacity, from travel booking and diary management to collating marketing collateral and essential reporting.
Our Ideal Candidate
Will be able to multi-task, manage priorities and provide consistency to the team, ensuring the correct procedures are set and followed each week. Ideally you will have experience managing relationships with key stakeholders in other professional services fields. You will have exceptional business acumen and an understanding of the property industry to allow you to converse with ease.
Our ideal candidate will come from a fast-paced environment and have proven ability to deliver results under pressure when required. If you have experience developing systems which help you stay organised and work more efficiently, this will be highly regarded.
