Located in the Inner city amongst the hustle and bustle! Our client are passionate & dedicated to achieve the best results. Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing, branding and events across the group.

The Role:

Monday – Friday, we are looking for a talented individual to demonstrate commitment, loyalty and the ability to work as a team. You will be the driving force that overseas all marketing material. Your day-to-day duties include:  

• Coordinate all marketing, advertising and PR activities
• Prepare and upload property ads
• Expanding and developing marketing platforms
• Manage print and digital platforms including website management – Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram
• Property marketing and agent marketing
• Ensure all advertising and bookings are made
• Coordinate all in-house marketing tools i.e. magazines, office brochures, plans, boards, flyers
• Newsletter distribution and distribute electronically
• Mail outs
• Managing weekly/monthly e-newsletters, flyers and mail outs
• Ad hoc duties

  
The Candidate:

• Previous Real Estate marketing experience
• Business or marketing – related degree
• Campaign Track experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail is a must!
• Excellent communication and computer literacy
• Hardworking individual with a good eye for detail
• Ability to manage a team
• The ability to think outside the square
