This is an incredible opportunity to join one of the most well known franchises in the Melbourne East. With administration and leasing support, this portfolio sits at around 150 and mainly consists of local properties (the leasing consultant works every Saturday and does most of the weekly inspections so you don't have to!)
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the portfolio as well as establishing and maintaining great client relationships and dealing with all enquiries from landlords and tenants.
The support team consists of reception, rental administration, leasing, trust accounting and business development! The processes and procedures in place are spot on and the PM department is just one well oiled machine.
You will report to a very experienced and compassionate Department Head who genuinely cares for her staff, personally and professionally, and wants to see them thrive and succeed, and just be happy! In her own words, her door is always 'open'.
There are a few mums in the Property Management department that all help each other out as they have that mutual appreciation and understanding, and have each others back when necessary.
