Vivid Property Services have an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Client Services Manager/Operations Manager to manage and oversee cleaning and property services for clients based in NSW.
This position is suited to a person with excellent communication skills and a dynamic personality, easily adapting to change. You will have excellent organisational, multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritise work to ensure our contract commitments, compliance, and revenue targets are achieved.
This is a role that will require work outside normal day to day operations as this is the nature of our fast paced industry.
Reporting to the Regional Manager NSW and supported by a leading edge 24/7 Customer Support Centre you will perform a variety of tasks such as:
- Servicing existing clients whilst exploring business development opportunities
- Maintaining a network of employees, suppliers and service providers to ensure optimal service delivery
- Managing and resolving work orders, requests and operational issues
- Monitoring and reporting on service and compliance status and issues
- Coordinating the implementation of business strategies and system improvements for the area
To be successful in this role you need to have facilities management, property services, customer service or sales experience alongside developed business acumen and negotiation skills.
Ideally tertiary qualified, client retention, relationship building skills, report writing and competency in the Microsoft software suite is critical to your success.
