The Company
Due to rapid growth, our client is seeking an A1 Sales Associate to join their thriving Sales team based in the Hills district. You will collaborate with the Number 1 Agent in the Franchise who is at the top of his game! You could be next..
Your New Role
Working alongside this multi-million+ Sales Executive your role can be as junior or as senior as your experience allows i.e. you could be running your own race with the assistance and brand of this agent, or be an Associate receiving guidance and coaching from someone who will lead you to success.
- Utilise your customer service & savvy sales skills to respond promptly to all buyer enquiries
- Manage buyer relationships i.e. calls and notifications around opens and new listings
- Prospect for new listings and manage pipeline
- Conduct market appraisals
- Aid in the sales process
Working hours are Monday - Saturday with a day off in the week
About You
- Money-motivated with a huge passion for Property/Real Estate
- NSW certificate of Registration, car & license a MUST
- Confident speaking with clients and an outstanding phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and grammar accuracy
- Positive and upbeat contributor to the team
- Polished presentation
- MUST HAVE experience in a busy Real Estate office
