Our Client is a global success story and a leader in delivering property, facilities management and CAPEX solutions across Australia. They are investing heavily into transforming and supporting their business to consolidate their standing with their clients.

The General Manager Operations is a newly created role focussing on delivering new and innovative strategies across the services spectrum for their largest and most important contract. You will be focussed on

• Managing, developing and leading 7 Regional Managers
• Commercial management
• Client Engagement.
• Strategic Innovation

As one of the Senior Management team for the contract, you will have direct strategic involvement in formulating appropriate improvements, gaining synergies and economies of scale to deliver best in class services and P&L improvements. You will be very people focussed, providing inspirational leadership to the circa 180 delivery staff.

To be successful as the General Manager Operations you will need to have significant People Leadership experience in Property or Facilities Management service delivery of non residential assets. Your superior written and verbal communication skills, complemented by demonstrated strategic operational improvements will set you apart from the crowd. A passion for FM/Property services delivery and making a difference is critical for this critical role. Based in Sydney CBD, a clean drivers licence is required for travel to sites, whilst only Australian Citizens will be considered for this opportunity.

Remuneration of circa $200K is on offer and is an indicator of the level of person we are looking for. Your all round understanding of how an FM & Property Service Provider functions successfully will be invaluable to your new employer who are open to new ideas and methodologies.
