Our client is a well established diverse Property Group located central Southside and they are looking for an experienced Portfolio Property Manager to join their cohesive team environment.
Manage a portfolio of 1010 properties covering all tasks excluding trust accounting. The hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm with occasional Saturdays. This agency has company cars available for use during the day.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A min of 1 plus year experience in Portfolio Property Management with a current certificate of real estate registration.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude".
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Current drivers licence required.
- Experience with Console and ADL is preferred.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY - You enjoy a positive, fun and vibrant work place.
