Melcorp Real Estate is a family oriented real estate firm based in the CBD and focused on established long term client relationships We specialise in vertical living and in delivering the highest level of customer service.
Our portfolio's are centralised, well maintained and new.
You will be managing some of Melbournes more iconic properties with plenty of support. .

About you:
- Enjoy dealing with clients - landlords, tenants and internal customers alike.
- Previous experience as a Property Manager, or experience in real estate administration and wanting to take the next step.
- Must hold Agents Representative certificate.
- Can demonstrate good understanding of the real estate industry and relevant legislation.
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- You strive for excellence, are highly organised and possess strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Willingness to learn and be coached.
- Enjoy a team that is like family, and can collaborate well with others.
Bilingual applications are encouraged but not essential. Applicants must hold relevant visa to work permanently in Australia.
