Based in Victoria, we are currently seeking a self-motivated and energetic Facilities Standards Specialist to contribute to our National Outdoor program. In performing this pivotal role, your goal will be to audit business premises with a view to optimising organisational and strategic performance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure all Commission Agents, Franchisees and Dealers are upholding the United Petroleum brand;
- Conduct site audits across the Victorian network;
- Request and log works as required to ensure United Petroleum standards are met;
- Train new Commission Agents, Franchisees and Dealers as to what is expected with regards to United Petroleum standards;
- Follow up on all outstanding jobs to ensure timely completion;
- Work closely and collaboratively with all departments in the business;
- Escalate urgent priorities and safety issues to the National Outdoor Manager in a timely manner; and
- Effectively manage costs by working within specific performance metrics.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-moving and entrepreneurial environment. To be successful in this role you will be proactive, positive and adaptable. Key selection criteria include:
- Highly regarded – field experience in FMCG, supermarkets, fast foods, convenience stores or the petroleum industry;
- Demonstrated multi-site and retail auditing experience; and
- A current drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
