About the role
As a Property Manager, you will be running a portfolio of 170 properties with leasing support, a huge team and a trust accountant:
On a daily basis you will be responsible for;
- Rent Reviews
- Ingoing, Outgoing and Periodic inspections
- Repairs and maintenance
- Lease signup
- Landlord and tenant communication
- Arrears management
- VCAT
About you
To be successful in this role, you need to have experience in Property Management, be prepared to work in a fast paced residential office, and enjoy working with a vibrant team!
You'll get to work with an excellent Department Manager who provides ongoing support, training and development!
You will need;
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Some Property Management experience
- A car and licence
- A FANTASTIC attitude
- Experience using RP office is advantageous but not essential
Salaries starting at $65,000 - $75,000
