Description
The tenancy coordinator will work in partnership with tenants and coordinate a range of business processes and functions impacting them within the portfolio for areas not limited to construction, scheduled maintenance and repairs, leasing negotiations and fit out approvals.
Other duties will include:
- Exemplify and promote great customer service in all your work
- Coordinate the approvals process and commissioning of new retail fit outs
- Administrative tasks that expedite design approvals and project delivery
- Assist with project management of licensed commercial builders
- Provide reports and updates on tenancies issues to management as required such as connection of utilities, shop-front format and layout, fire and safety systems and air conditioning services.
- Assist with leasing negotiations and renewals and coordination of relevant documentation and business processes
- Provide ad hoc administration support to the tenancy manager on a range of matters as necessary
- Liaise with key stakeholders on behalf of the tenancy manager as required
Profile
- 3+ years experience in a similar role or within industry
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple daily tasks
- Willingness to learn and demonstrate initiative
