This is a great opportunity for a vibrant and dynamic Property Manager who is passionate about the industry to join this boutique, luxury Property Management business, located in South Yarra. This role will be joining a very successful, inclusive and close-knit team whose commitment and collaboration come together in order to exceed at what they do. 

Your daily duties will include: -

• Building and maintaining relationships with tenants and owners
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Leasing preparation including coordinating sign-ups & renewals
• Routine inspections
• Arrears/Tribunale
• Coordinating and attending pre-settlements inspections and handovers
• Processing and sending reports to landlords
• General administration duties

To be successful for the role you will have the following attributes: -

• 1-3 years experience in Property Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Agents Representative certificate 
• Driver's license requires 
• Strong administration experience 
• Console system experience a big plus
