This boutique real estate agency in central Melbourne has been growing steadily over the last year and now is looking for a full time Business Development and Leasing Manager to take over and lead this aspect of the business.  

Having gone through a recent and fresh re-branding, with one of the best Property Managers in Melbourne at the helm, this is a company you can really get behind and be proud of!!

This is a dynamic company and the energy the Head of Dept has is infectious; he is passionate and proud of what they are achieving, and he has a modern approach to Property Management. With excellent marketing and an ever-developing Social Media presence this is a role which you can really ‘make your own’ within an exciting business.

You will be given freedom of location for listings so that you can capitalise on your own referral network and be provided an extensive Database to farm as well as Sales leads to convert; the business has an excellent and high performing VIC Sales Division. 

With realistic targets, a fresh new brand to market, a Property Management service you can be proud to promote and a flexible working environment we genuinely think this is an outstanding opportunity for the right individual.

Cultural fit is extremely important for this role therefore we are open to individuals who have limited or extensive Real Estate experience however what they must have is:

  • Demonstrable Sales or Business Development experience with strong statistics to back their success.
  • A current VIC Agents Representative Certificate
  • Drivers Licence and use of reliable vehicle
  • A Police Check
  • Fantastic negotiation skills with strong customer service
  • Be well presented and a strong communicator
  • A positive attitude and be someone happy to ‘get stuck in’
