Your Role

• Follow up on warm/hot leads that will lead new opportunities
• New Business Development 
• Lease renewals and negotiations
• Working with existing Commercial Leasing Agents
• Increasing the average tenure term across the portfolio
• Ongoing client relationship management
• Arranging and Inspecting properties
• Attending listing appointments, and managing relationships with both new & existing landlords/vendors
• Database management on our pre-existing database

Essential Requirements For This Role   

• Previous experience within the commercial and leasing property sector
• Proven track record in relationship management
• High level of customer service and knowledge of the commercial process
• Negotiation skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• A corporate, polished and professional presentation.  
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills 
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
