Our client is a very successful company delivering a comprehensive suite of property services across metro and regional Melbourne.  We have a great opportunity for a Sales PA to work predominantly from their Northern display homes with the view to move in to Sales within 12 months. 

You will be working alongside one of their top sales people, within in a close-knit team, gaining valuable experience in both selling house and land packages.

Please note, weekend work will be part of the requirements of this role.

Day to day this role will include and not be limited to:

• Sales at the display home based in the northern suburbs 
• Coordination of buyer correspondence and providing excellent customer service
• Assisting with inbound enquiries on telephone and email
• Prospecting by cold calling and nurturing existing client base
• Database Management
• Social media management
• Duties to progress you to becoming a full sales agent 

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A current Agents Representative Certificate and clear police check
• Reliable car & driver license
• A positive, proactive approach to hard work
• Immaculate presentation at all times
• Professional phone manner & immaculate presentation
• Excellent computer skills
• Be available to work on weekend work 
• Living locally in the North is preferred
