You will be required to manage a portion of the Commonwealth of Australia’s property portfolio. The portfolio is diverse in asset class and geography, ranging from commercial offices to specialist sites and housing. In managing the portfolio, you will undertake a wide range of leasing activities including new lease negotiations or site terminations, be responsible for third party and stakeholder management and being a trusted property advisor to our client. You will be an integral part of the package team and be directly contributing to the success of the Whole of Australian Government (WoAG) JLL contract.
Key duties include:
- Ensuring all lease data is abstracted and approved in the property management information systems
- Planning transactions in accordance with various planning documents, but always with a view to be strategic and looking for cost savings for the client
- Delivering excellent customer service to meet client expectations
- Managing wider team engagement and communication for transactions that affect other work streams, e.g. new sites, terminations, and advise on make good obligations and lease expiry implications, to ensure obligations are met
