Manage and grow a clean, well-maintained portfolio, liaise and manage relationships with high-end clientele.
Daily tasks include:
- Landlord / Tenant liaison
- Maintenance & Repairs
- Inspections (OFI, Routine, Ingoing/Outgoing)
- Rental arrears
- Enquiries
Must have Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills and agents representative certificate. Previous Property Management Experience. The ability to work 1-2 Saturdays a month.
