The Company
Our client is one of Australia’s largest retail property groups. They own, develop and occupy retail property assets, which supports their retail business.

The Opportunity
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Lease Administration Assistant to join their team. You will be part of a dynamic organisation working with a highly functioning team on an impressive portfolio of assets.

• Arrears Management
• Process rent reviews
• Prepare & process annual budgets
• Tenant account reconciliation
• Ensure insurance certificates are current
• Collect and record turnover figures
• Manage Lease Administration issues/enquiries
• Manage landlord/customer issues/enquiries
• Provide high customer service & maintain tenant relationships
• Work closely with property team on leases
• Manage database & lease records

The Ideal Candidate
To be considered for the role, you will enjoy working on detailed administration tasks, be able to calculate rent & outgoings, have a good grasp on databases and the basics of excel as well as having a methodical approach to deadline driven workflow.
