Client Details
Due to a large capital injection into my clients business, they are seeking to bring on an experienced industrial, commercial, bulky goods, logistics or similar asset class Development Manager or Senior Development Manager.
Description
Working with part of the wider Development Services Team, this Development Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of multiple projects from site identification through to delivery and setting the asset management plan.
This role requires the Development Manager to manage the consistency of the design and project process, and to check for end user functionality in compliance with best practice industry standards.
To be successful in this role, you will be required to developing and manage effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide your expert financial and market opinion on future development acquisitions by working alongside the national acquisitions team.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have 8 years of development experience within the industrial, commercial, bulky goods, logistics industry. Will have proven experience to deliver all aspects of a development project, have strong financial skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
