They have an extremely well established reputation in their industry and are currently looking for a Project Manager to join the team.

Specialising in the delivery of Facilities Management and Project services their reputation and culture is second to none. Due to expansion, there is a requirement for a Project Manager.

In this role you will be; 

• Working in project teams, with a strong level of engagement, retention and collaboration
• Coordinating large volumes of minor project works
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and QA requirements 
• Implementing and monitoring construction programs and schedules to meet key delivery targets
• Ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed with clear, concise communication.   

  
To be considered for this assignment you will ideally possess the following:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, trade qualification or similar would be highly regarded
• A proven track record in Commercial Construction projects across Fit Out, Refurbishments & Construction
• Managing multiple minor works projects across multiple sites
• An understanding of Australian OH&S and Environmental legislation
• First rate communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with all internal and external project stakeholders
