We're looking for an experienced agent from either a current residential or Project Marketing role. We'd like to think of ourselves as a bit of a disrupter; we are aggressively growing our market presence, despite the market becoming difficult for the old school Project Marketing establishment. They're firing, we're hiring!
We hire an average of one sales person per year and our in-depth training model ensures you're given the tools and time to succeed. Our model is radically different to any current approach: we have life long relationships with our clients, glowing references and a string of record prices to our name.
The role is a great way for someone with 1-2 years experience to jump up the career ladder 3 rungs at a time - we can fast track you thanks to working alongside some of the industries foremost experts! Earn while you learn.

We're open to new people, but the following would be highly regarded:
- Strong residential real estate results - GCI and buyer systems in a residential environment
- Off the plan experience may assist but is not essential
- Self-motivated, mature and disciplined
- Experience in call centres (outbound sales), door knocking sales, debt collection, etc, will be well regarded
- You are personally satisfied by completing difficult tasks well
- Existing relationships with active developers of any size
