Our client is a privately owned design focused Developer who established a name for themselves in boutique Residential development before diversifying into Land, Retail & Commercial investment and higher density Residential.  They strive to remain at the forefront of innovation, lead not follow and have a point of difference in everything they do.

We are looking for someone to step into a Development Manager role in their Melbourne office, reporting into the GM and initially help drive the delivery of  multiple townhouse and apartment projects in Melbourne.
  
The successful person will require the following:

• At least 3-5 years experience in Development or Project Management, from either a Developer, Client-Side Project Manager or Development Consultancy
• Strong commercial acumen and able to work autonomously
• Strong Project management and project delivery experience is essential
• Construction/PM background preferred
• Prior Residential built form experience in Melbourne
• Diverse project background will be highly regarded ie. Residential built form. land and commercial and retail project experience 
• Aligned with the company values of trust, collaboration and integrity

Interviews are currently being held however we are flexible in terms of a commencement date. A salary negotiable on experience is on offer, up to plus a generous bonus scheme based on project outcomes and deliverables.
